I’m not keen on the word life coach, and prefer personal coaching. If you were wanting to run the marathon you may take on the services of a personal trainer to help you get to where you wanted to be. Your personal trainer would focus you to achieve your goals. However the glory would be yours not your trainers.

A personal coach does the same thing but on an emotional rather than a physical level. The success is all yours and you will be focused and challenged to focus on your chosen goals.

What to expect
It is expected for you to commit to at least 6 sessions, these can be taken within a 12 month period.

The sessions last approx 60-90 minutes either face to face or on the telephone.

Within that time we will embark on a challenging and dynamic conversations based on tried and tested coaching models and techniques.
